You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email us at privacy@alphalighitng.co.nz and we will send you the details within a reasonable time period.

If you wish for your personal data to be deleted, then you can contact us by email at privacy@alphalighitng.co.nz and we will action this. Please note that if you have placed orders with us and we delete your personal data, we may not be able to access your order details for future customer service enquiries. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

General Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Credit Card Security

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through our website.  All payments via our website are processed through a secure payment service provider Payment Express. Payment Express hosts and manages the payment page.  Your credit card details are not held by Alpha Lighting and cannot be accessed by Alpha Lighting.  Payment Express uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, which means all sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. Payment Express also uses 3D Secure technology, which allows Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode capabilities for extra security.  

How we use cookies
